FERMENT GIVEAWAY NOW CLOSED.

Who doesn’t love a giveaway come this time of year? It’s always nice to get presents but especially so as the year ends, isn’t it? 😊

Do you love the ancient art of culturing foods? Are you an avid fermenter? Or are you just commencing your fermenting journey but don’t really know where to start? In either case 👉🏻 keep reading, because this competition is definitely for you! Ready?……

I have two signed copies of the stunning new book ‘Ferment – A guide to the ancient art of culturing foods’ written by Holly Davis to give away to two very lucky readers 🙌🏻 I know! Exciting!

Holly is a wholefoods chef, teacher and one of the co-founders of Sydney’s Iku Wholefoods. She began fermenting foods as a teenager and now also teaches this art, which she has been doing for more than 40 years. Holly taught me everything I know about fermentation and its health benefits. I continue to attend (and love!) her courses because as she says “you never learn less”.

Ferment is bursting with practical guidance and recipes for delicious live probiotic dishes and ideas for their use. The 270 pages in this beautiful hardback book will provide you with information tips and tricks along with fabulous recipes for making, utilising and caring for a wide variety of cultured foods. It includes all you need to start fermenting or to expand your repertoire.

Keen to win? To enter the competition, all you need to do is answer the following question 👉🏻 In 25 words or less, tell us what you think owning this book would do for you and the health of those you feed?

That’s it! You can leave your answer in the comments section of this blog post, on the pinned competition post on my Facebook page OR on the competition post on my Instagram page.

  1. This book would give me the much needed boost to start making my own fermented foods, to improve my health and that of my family.

    That’s my entry!

  2. Love preserving, but want to learn about fermenting from ‘ferment’ because significant food intolerances exist in our family and I know fermenting assists gut health.
