I am thrilled to say I will be teaching a cooking class at this gorgeous school on Saturday 10th of February! In it, you will learn how to prepare some absolutely delicious meals and treats that will benefit your health.

Recipes we will make as part of this cooking class include:

  • Anti-inflammatory shot (this is great pre-breakfast!)
  • Rainbow goat’s cheese tartlet with almond pastry and pesto
  • Argentine chicken salad with roasted vegetables, quinoa and chimichurri sauce
  • Sweet potato brownies & nice cream (banana ice cream)

In addition, we will discuss how the ingredients we’re using can aid health and well-being and how important it is to ensure we have a varied diet. We will also talk about the importance of keeping inflammation at bay!

So, get ready for a fun and relaxing day of cooking, meeting new friends and enjoying wholesome, nourishing food.

Tickets are on sale now, so sign yourself up and come and join me for a little getaway! I look forward to seeing you there.
