Terms and Conditions

Key Terms and Conditions

All times and dates are in Eastern Australian time. If you’re attending an online consultation from a different time zone please be conscious of this and check this website to find a time that suits you.

If you’re experiencing any difficulty with the payment system at the time of booking – please email [email protected] with the type of service, time and date you selected as well as your name and a contact number, and we’ll get in touch with you to complete your booking.

Cancellation policy

Prepaid consultations cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled without any financial forfeit. This must be done online (not by email). To do this – you can reschedule using the button in the booking confirmation email that was sent to you. If you no longer have this email, you can also contact [email protected] to ask for a reschedule.

If you want to cancel a prepaid session and not reschedule at this point, please cancel your booking online at least 48 hours in advance and email [email protected] to request a refund. If the time criteria are met, you will receive a refund (via Square) minus a 10% admin fee – to cover the costs involved with using this booking service.

By making a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also accept the client agreement (below).

Naturopathic client agreement

When you book a naturopathic consultation, you’re making a commitment to yourself so it is important that this commitment is taken seriously. We ask that you make your consultations a priority and only cancel or reschedule your session in unavoidable circumstances.

As all naturopathic sessions are paid in full at the time of booking, you understand that you will forfeit 50% of the consultation fee if you fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation. You can reschedule your day/time up to 48 hours before by following the information outlined above in the Key Terms and Conditions section.

Nature of Relationship

When consultations are conducted via distance (such as via Skype, Zoom or FaceTime), the Naturopath cannot be the Client’s primary healthcare practitioner. The Client guarantees to inform the Naturopath of their full physical and psychiatric health history, ongoing treatments and any prescribed or over-the-counter medicines or natural supplements they are taking. In addition, the Client also agreed to provide the Naturopath with all the necessary contact information for GPs, specialists or other primary healthcare practitioners. The client will promptly update the Naturopath with any changes or alterations in their treatment or chosen primary healthcare providers.

Confidentiality and Privacy

The professional relationship is completely confidential. The Naturopath will not disclose any information shared within any consultation to a third party unless they are legally obliged. We guarantee that your information will not be disclosed, sold or traded to any outside parties.
